Could Bad Battery Cause Hard Drive No Read

  • #1
few days back my pc time and date was non right when i shut information technology down and open it once more fifty-fifty if i set it,then i had to manually accommodate it every time i open my pc which was not that bad, after few days i got cmos battery failure before windows beginning up only eventually my pc starts after 10 to 30 minute and no i am not exaggerating i tin't move the mouse until it completely load which take 30 min just subsequently that my pc run normally but the items at the notification area are invisible, i searched the internet and plant out that a dead cmos bombardment might have caused all this.
i was going to replace information technology merely I opened my comp at present and information technology told me "Disk Read mistake press ctrl + alt + del to restart" and i can't start the computer
please tell me that a died cmos battery might crusade such an error. I got very important stuff on my difficult drive

window vii 64 flake
geforce 210 1giga
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 2.50ghz
ram 4gb
prg3110h motherboard

hard bulldoze is pretty one-time but never showed any signs of failing

a dead cmos cannot cause such severe problem the near information technology woulld practise is brand you have to set up your fourth dimension everytime you boot upward or if you made a specific setting in the bios you would constantly accept to exist doing it at boot up ..

you should now check to meet if there other problenms that developed because of other problems.. it could be the motherbioard ,a bad drive or overheating of some kind .. starting time matter i propose is attempt booting without the drives by booting from an alive cd like linux and see how fast information technology boots if the boot procedure takes a long catamenia then it is non the drives that was causing the problem.. secondly go a hardware monitoring tool similar everest or hw monitor and check for any abnormal temperatures from anty hardware within the system ...if you meet whatsoever hardware with spiking temperatures then that would exist the crusade of the problem .. 3rd if yous by whatever hazard take a friend with a motherboard like your you lot could try all your parts togethr in that system to determine if the trouble is your motherboard ..hope i helped

you should now check to come across if there other problenms that adult because of other bug.. it could be the motherbioard ,a bad drive or overheating of some kind .. outset matter i advise is try booting without the drives by booting from an alive cd similar linux and encounter how fast it boots if the boot process takes a long flow so it is not the drives that was causing the problem.. secondly become a hardware monitoring tool like everest or hw monitor and check for any abnormal temperatures from anty hardware inside the system ...if you see whatsoever hardware with spiking temperatures so that would be the cause of the problem .. 3rd if you by any chance have a friend with a motherboard like your you could endeavour all your parts togethr in that system to determine if the problem is your motherboard ..hope i helped
